Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end voice design: own complete user journey for Twilio Voice products, translating telecom abstractions into clean developer experiences.
- Drive cross-channel coherence: collaborate with design peers across Messaging and Email to build omnichannel observability in One Console.
- Design for platform interoperability: partner with AI product teams to ensure Voice integrates with conversational tools.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years professional product design experience on highly technical software products or B2B/SaaS platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating structural systems thinking and data-driven design decision-making.
- Proven cross-functional influence with engineering and product leaders.
