Job Description:

  • Review and follow extensive training materials pertaining to the DOB NOW system
  • Translate acquired knowledge to customers to resolve inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing training activities to acquire and maintain knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and address customer inquiries via the IVR phone system and email
  • Escalate customer inquiries as needed and provide necessary follow-up
  • Complete clerical work related to occupancy requests, reviews, and signoffs

Requirements:

  • Four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
  • One year of satisfactory clerical experience
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 20 words per minute
