What You'll Be Doing:

- Lead rebuild versus refactor decisions to enhance platform integration and performance.
- Establish engineering metrics, operating rhythms, and governance for executive visibility.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with 7+ years leading engineering managers.
- Strong background in cloud-native architecture, including AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cost efficiency for an engineering org.
