- Ensure campaign messaging aligns with commercial objectives and customer needs.
Performance & Optimization:
- Harness campaign data and sales performance to assess marketing impact and ROI.
- Transform data into actionable strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Own definition and tracking of KPIs tied to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
