Job Description
Role is for an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with 14+ years of experience, requiring rotational shift work (24X7X365) and remote managed functional support. The role involves working on tickets, creating and monitoring SRs with Oracle Support or Rimini Street, and collaborating with Customer Primaries for issue resolution, adhering to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will leverage Oracle Support, internal knowledge, and personal experience to resolve customer issues inline with SLA, and work on assigned Professional Services Projects, including Implementations/Upgrades. Mandatory skills include Oracle EBS R12.2+ General Ledger (GL), Oracle Payables (AP), Oracle Receivables (AR), Oracle Cash Management, P2P and O2C Cycles with Accounting.
