The position of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Functional EBS Manager is a business-critical role, reporting to our Mission Systems UK Head of IT. You will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, support and development of our Oracle E-Business Suite(EBS) system across General Dynamics in the UK, working collaboratively with the business functions such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing etc and process owners and of course the end users. This is a heavily audited system that has to conform to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX).

The Sr. Support Engineer, Oracle DBA will provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical Oracle EBS applications, Oracle Database and Middleware Technology Products, primarily servicing Japanese customers. This role involves researching, troubleshooting issues, supporting architectural & performance improvements, and fault corrections across varied environments, requiring expertise to debug, diagnose, and resolve serious issues for complex, integrated platforms.

Designs, develops, modifies, and maintains advanced technical solutions within the Oracle EBS R12.x environment and its underlying database. Creates and customizes RICEFW and CEMLI objects using Oracle Apps Forms, Oracle Developer 2000, PL/SQL, Java, OAF, Workflow Builder, and XML Publisher. Implements and supports data and application integrations using various methods including Open Interface tables, APIs, EAI tools, BPEL, AQ, EDI, REST API, SOAP, and SOA.

The Oracle Business Analyst will support Wieland businesses requirements in Oracle Order Management and manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory. The Oracle EBS Business Analyst will be responsible for enhancements and support of Client EBS applications portfolio and will act as a liaison between business users and technical team members. This individual will be gathering requirements, writing functional design documents, communicating requirements to technical team members, testing, implementing, and training.

This position provides expert support, analysis and research into complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter. Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives. Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills.
