Job Description
Sodexo's Finance Continuous Improvement Team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who is highly organized, detail-oriented, a great communicator. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and possible solutions by leveraging your knowledge of the business operations and certain applications used by our internal/external customers. You will define and document business needs and translate them into business requirements and user stories. You will create and maintain detailed process maps to visualize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead and motivate project teams, ensure communication and collaboration between business and technical teams. You will identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and address stakeholder concerns.
