Director, HR Business Partner

This Director of HR Partnership (HR Business Partner) opportunity will be based at Rust Medical Center (RMC) in Rio Rancho, NM, supporting RMC, cancer care and behavioral health. The Director HRBP will provide strategic human resource consulting and ensures effective delivery of services to division executive partners. Acts as primary point of contact for corporate and/ or division level partners (e.g., senior executives) and works directly with division partner(s) and consults on strategic business/divisional issues and their human resource implications. Represents HR organization within the different Presbyterian Healthcare Services (PHS) business units. Participates in business strategy and planning meetings with Business Executives leadership team. Demonstrates complex understanding of internal business partners business strategy and human resource implications, along with the integration of corporate strategy. Provides forward-looking, strategic counsel to senior executive, internal business partners. Demonstrates complex understanding of internal business partners business strategy, along with the integration of corporate strategy. Conducts regular organization (division) assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues. Participates in the development of corporate human resource strategies.
