Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs that power member-facing and internal healthcare applications. Solve complex integration challenges across diverse and fragmented healthcare data sources. Contribute to product development by building features that improve user experience, efficiency, and outcomes. Ensure systems are reliable, performant, scalable, and maintainable. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering peers to agree on technical direction and product goals. Take ownership of projects throughout their lifecycle—scoping, building, testing, launching, and maintaining. Mentor and support other engineers, contributing to the growth of the team.
