- Maintain and evolve engineering standards, deployment processes, and tooling.
- Help engineers around you become better through pairing and code review.
Production Reliability and Hands-on Development:
- Own production reliability for both platforms: incident response, observability, and continuous improvement.
- Spend 25% of time hands-on coding and code review, plus 25% on technical leadership and system design.
- Navigate a Next.js codebase and contribute with deep practical understanding of web applications.
