What you’ll do:
- Capture and translate customer processes: Work directly with customer engineering teams to observe and document manufacturing processes.
- Structure data and build the analytics foundation: Design and maintain datasets, queries, dashboards, and reports using SQL and Python.
- Turn data into product insight: Analyze process data to surface patterns and recommend robotics capabilities.
What you’ll bring:
- Hands-on analytical and data skills: SQL and Python, structuring messy data into usable datasets.
- Deep familiarity with manufacturing processes from a process or industrial engineering background.
- Customer-facing presence: Credible, trusted, and clear with technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Direct experience in electronics manufacturing (PCBA, box build, test, or EMS environments).
- Familiarity with data pipeline or warehouse tooling.
