Role Overview:

  • Manage retailer/vendor data acquisition and validation for client insights.
  • Collaborate with Retail Services, Data Science, Output Teams, and Enablement.
  • Operate in a virtual, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve technical challenges and ensure adoption of new tool enhancements.
  • Define, monitor, and document processes; track exceptions.
  • Identify automation opportunities using R, Python, or Excel Macros.

Qualifications:

  • Exposure to SQL/Python, ML/AI, and large datasets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or BBA.
  • 5–8 years of experience in NielsenIQ proprietary software and Ops processes.
