Essential Job Duties include serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, demonstrating the value of RCM services, analyzing customer performance metrics, addressing customer inquiries promptly, collaborating with the billing, operations, and product teams, identifying and recommending process enhancements, providing customers with regular performance reports, and driving customer satisfaction.
