Design and ship end-to-end experiences that help organize, manage, and deliver content across Figma's products, as part of the Content Management Systems team.
Partner closely with engineering to shape platform capabilities and technical infrastructure that support CMS and open-source initiatives.
Translate technically complex systems into intuitive, elegant user experiences.

Who we’re looking for:

Exceptional product design craft with strong visual and interaction skills, especially in complex software where systems thinking matters.
Code is part of your design process; you build working prototypes to explore interaction ideas and communicate direction.
Demonstrated ability to move fast, form a point of view, test it, and adjust course without waiting for complete information.
