Job Description
This role involves relationship management of a portfolio of SME customers, understanding their needs and business aspirations, and seeking opportunities to support them through Allica Bank services and external networks. The role also includes originating SME lending opportunities for both existing and new customers, from initial enquiry to completion, including writing credit papers in line with Allicaβs credit policy. You will be delivering the business plan for your local area, and actively managing your objectives and personal development plan. Compliance with all mandatory policies and adherence to operational procedures to maintain internal controls is required.
