VP of Material, Global

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on VP of Materials Sourcing & Procurement to lead our Tier 2 (and above) supply chain across raw materials and components for our growing assortment. You will own global strategy and execution across fabric, yarn, leather, metals, gold, and other key fabrications/raw materials, with the mandate to drive quality, cost-efficiency, and localization in alignment with Quince’s hypergrowth and direct-to-consumer model. This leader will be accountable for reshaping our global materials footprint, developing material should-cost frameworks, building deep supplier partnerships, and driving a tech-enabled material procurement ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of supply chain innovation, cost rigor, and supplier development. The role involves Sourcing & Procurement Strategy, Supplier Development & Relationship Management, Costing & Negotiations, Quality & Sustainability Leadership, Technology & Systems, and Cross-Functional Leadership.
