Accountabilities:
- Assess AI-generated coding interactions from end to end, focusing on technical judgment and clarity.
- Evaluate explanations and reasoning, not just code syntax.
- Provide constructive written feedback and video explanations.
Requirements:
- Senior, Staff, or Principal-level software engineer with strong TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python skills.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, or Cursor.
- Ability to critically evaluate technical responses and communicate nuanced assessments.
