How You’ll Help:
- Lead the management, training, and quality assurance of the counseling network.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and student outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and develop counselors, including onboarding and performance management.
- Evaluate counselor work and troubleshoot family complaints.
- Analyze program performance to inform continuous improvement.
