Your Impact:
- As Program Manager, you will contribute to the success of live, online training programs by managing key aspects of program delivery.
- You will support the Program Operations team in strategic initiatives and ensure effective collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, including application setup, client communications, and hiring instructional staff.
- Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, managing project timelines and ensuring seamless execution.
- Facilitate a successful admissions process and monitor applicant pipelines.
Your Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years of program management experience with at least 1 in education or training.
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, and experience with data analysis or CRM.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
