WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage and support a team of Training Coordinators, providing people management and operational oversight.
- Own day-to-day execution of the Enrollment training program, including scheduling, materials, and learner readiness.
- Lead onboarding training for new Enrollment Specialists and reinforce learning through ongoing coaching and feedback.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE:
- 5+ years of education and enablement experience, with 2+ years directly managing a Training team.
- Experience in call center and/or healthcare settings, delivering onboarding and training programs at scale.
- Strong training operations, data analysis, and program management skills.
