Chief Financial Officer

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at TerrAscend will serve as a strategic advisor and financial steward of the organization. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CFO is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, operational planning, and compliance within the unique landscape of the regulated cannabis industry. This role will shape financial policy, drive growth initiatives, and ensure disciplined execution and risk management across all finance-related activities. Responsibilities include strategic financial leadership, financial planning & analysis, investor relations & capital management, regulatory compliance & risk, operational finance leadership, mergers, acquisitions & corporate development, and team development.
