Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA Tester to join Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s Agile software development team. As a QA Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of applications and products. Your responsibilities will include test planning, designing, and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software to our stakeholders and users.
Responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, performing manual testing, collaborating with developers, documenting defects, conducting regression & exploratory testing, participating in test environment setup, contributing to QA process improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and providing feedback to improve user experience and software quality.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, QA testing experience, automated regression testing knowledge, understanding of Agile process and testing methodologies, familiarity with bug tracking tools, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
