Job Description
This role requires someone to represent the dynamic and collaborative Commercial team and lead internal workflows. They will manage business workflows around proposal and change order generation/tracking, new program pricing budgets, S&OP inputs, and forecasting. The role includes supporting inside sales prospecting and inbound lead management to contribute to growth of the Kincell client pipeline and support the commercial βsalesβ team. They will also manage the proposal/change order pricing sheet to ensure integration with internal departments budgeting process. This person will design, generate and amend standard proposal materials and coordinates/collaborates with key internal stakeholders on FTEs, timelines. They will also provide oversight to the Commercial expense budget.
The Associate Director will answer, edit, and complete sales proposals, client reports, consultant databases, and ad hoc questionnaires and coordinate all aspects of the sales proposal document production process.
