The Associate Director of Commercial Operations will represent the Commercial team and lead internal workflows, integrating with the internal organization to manage business workflows around proposal and change order generation/tracking, new program pricing budgets, new program onboarding, S&OP inputs, forecasting and reporting mechanisms. The role will support marketing initiatives and inbound lead management.

Kincell is seeking a highly motivated Proposals Manager who will be a key contributor to a dynamic and collaborative Business Development team. The Proposals Manager will be responsible for creating customized sales proposal documents for prospects and clients. The Proposals Manager works alongside commercial operations, business development and technical professionals to respond to inbound requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and other proposal services support requests.
