Role Overview:
- Lead the establishment of new operations and sales workflows for a specified location in Thailand.
- Work closely with the Managing Director of the region to form corporate partnerships and assist in marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Form and maintain B2B and B2C partnerships, including managing WeChat groups and other channels.
- Conduct meetings with families, follow up on leads, and oversee the entire sales process to build strong client relationships.
- Plan and execute monthly marketing events, handling logistics and coordinating with partners and the marketing team.
Qualifications and Fit:
- Must be a native Mandarin speaker with at least two years of experience in the education industry, sales, recruitment, or enrollment.
- Requires a degree from a U.S. university, strong communication skills, and proven experience in sales or business development.
- Ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, takes initiative, and has public speaking experience, with local network connections being an advantage.
