What You'll Do:

  • Build frameworks to connect brand and communications work to pipeline in an enterprise sales cycle.

First 30 Days:

  • Get deep on Bastion's product, regulatory positioning, and competitive landscape.
  • Map current market presence, audit press and events landscape, and partner with the Commercial team.
  • Ship something in week one: update a landing page, draft a LinkedIn post, or pitch a reporter.

First 90 Days:

  • Establish Bastion's brand voice and ensure consistency across website, LinkedIn, and executive communications.
  • Build and execute a brand activation strategy, secure initial press placements, and launch targeted campaigns.
  • Prep executives for speaking opportunities and establish an employer brand cadence.

First 180 Days:

  • Scale earned media presence to a steady cadence of press coverage, bylines, and thought leadership.
  • Develop 30/60/90 day communications plans for new products and partnerships.
  • Develop a scalable content workflow using AI and contractor support, and build the case for team growth.
