Junior Data Analyst

About the Role:

• Are you curious about data and passionate about using it to drive meaningful change in healthcare?
• You will manage, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve patient care.
• Leverage the latest in machine learning and AI to build predictive models and create tools that forecast future outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources.
• Analysis and Visualization: Perform statistical analyses and create dashboards and reports to communicate findings.
• Machine Learning Development: Develop and apply basic machine learning models to identify patterns and predict outcomes.

Required Education and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years of data-focused experience, proficiency in SQL and Python or R, familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills and basic understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling.

Work Environment and Requirements:

• This is a remote U.S.-based position requiring a secure home office with reliable internet.
• Must have a Windows or Apple computer (no Chromebooks), 16 GB RAM, wired headphones, and meet internet speed requirements.
• A webcam is required for video calls; a second monitor is recommended.
