Senior Director, Turnkey Operations

The Sr. Director, Turnkey Operations will provide operational leadership for a new business line that helps primary care physicians launch new, independent practices with Aledade. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end development and operational oversight of the  service platform that provides payer contracting, credentialing, marketing, EHR/RCM vendor management, and strategic support for physicians seeking autonomy, sustainability, and success in value-based care. This role involves program development and strategy, team leadership and coordination, and vendor & partner oversight. The Senior Director will oversee payer strategy, implement processes to support clean claims submission, and collaborate with marketing teams to support practice growth. Performance tracking and process improvements are also key aspects of the role.
