Senior Product Manager

Role Focus:

• Define product vision and own end-to-end delivery for customer-facing and operational products that impact client outcomes.
• Analyze complex systems to architect high-impact improvements and partner with engineering on technical tradeoffs.
• Drive adoption and change management by training operations teams and ensuring buy-in for delivered work.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a regulated, operationally complex industry like financial services or fintech.
• Proven ability to write SQL, set up dashboards, and use data to validate hypotheses and measure outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range is $125,500 to $144,000 per year, determined by role, level, and location.
