Job Description
Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations as part of the month end close process. Ensure that journal entries, account reconciliations and other analyses are prepared in a complete, accurate and timely manner and that financial information is recorded in accordance with GAAP. Record credit card activity and employee reimbursements to correct accounts and departments. Review bills recorded as prepaids and fixed assets for accuracy and modify as needed. Record cash activity throughout the month. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and investigation of account fluctuations.
