Job Description
The Technical Program Manager for Community Engagement is responsible for building an engaged, and supportive community for developer products. The TPM will enable collaboration and support among the community and recognizes the most impactful members. This role manages Developer community programs for Discord (ex: onboarding, identity / metrics development, OAuth rollouts, wallet / address linking, what they do, etc.), implement process changes, and set community policies / moderation. Other responsibilities include enabling the community with workshops, business education, job boards, project spotlights, and certifications to encourage developer success. They will build ambassador programs to empower influential community members and leverage the Developer Affiliate program, while tracking KPIs to evaluate program progress.
