Role Overview:
- Join a backend engineering team building critical infrastructure for real-time fulfillment operations.
- Design and develop high-performance systems for order routing, task allocation, and shopper compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Lead technical design for complex logistics challenges across marketplaces.
- Ensure Tier-0 systems are reliable, performant, and observable.
Requirements & Culture:
- At least 5 years of backend development experience with relevant programming languages.
- Collaborative, remote-first environment with a focus on engineering best practices and AI-assisted tools.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary from CAD 168,000 to CAD 177,500 plus equity.
- Remote flexibility across Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia.
