Marketing Project Manager

Project Management & Process Optimization:

• Own day-to-day execution of marketing and growth initiatives from kickoff to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and dependencies using ClickUp.
• Support the build-out of operating rhythms, campaign post-mortems, and process documentation for scalable execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination & Campaign Enablement:

• Serve as the operational hub between Growth, Brand Creative, Performance Creative, Web/CRO, Affiliate & Influencer, Product and Operations teams.
• Collaborate with Creative and Growth teams to manage production timelines, QA, and launch readiness.
• Partner with the Director of Strategic Planning & Growth Ops to operationalize processes that improve cross-team efficiency.

People & Workflow Management:

• Manage and mentor a team of Project Coordinators, providing direction, feedback, and professional development.
• Oversee task delegation and capacity planning to ensure team bandwidth is balanced and deadlines are met.
