Senior Program Manager, Product Development (Formulations)

The Senior Program Manager will lead end-to-end project management for formulation and packaging initiatives, from initial scoping through execution, launch, and post-launch review. They will partner closely with Devices Product Development PMs to create and manage comprehensive timelines for product and packaging development tied to omni-channel launches. This role will oversee packaging development efforts to ensure alignment with brand standards, consumer usability, regulatory compliance, quality, cost targets, and readiness for commercialization. Manage change request queue and process optimization across all packaging types including kits, hard goods and formulations. The candidate will facilitate project ceremonies such as kickoffs, status reviews, and retrospectives—surfacing risks, blockers, and dependencies while ensuring ownership and accountability. They will proactively manage project timelines, communicating changes, and resolving issues quickly.
