Technical Responsibilities:
- Prepare designs for DC and AC collection systems and power plant controllers for renewable energy facilities.
- Write reports, develop cost estimations, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Project Management:
- Define work scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in proposals.
- Coordinate project execution, meet milestones, and provide updates to teams and clients.
Staff Development and Collaboration:
- Support growth and development of team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients, fostering an inclusive culture.
Compensation and Work Arrangement:
- Anticipated salary range of $90,000–$120,000 annually with potential for discretionary bonuses.
- Hybrid or remote work arrangement available based on qualifications and needs.
