Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to ensure successful completion of electrical engineering project deliverables, including scoping, tracking progress, and coordinating with other disciplines.
  • Provide technical oversight for design change packages, calculations, and engineering studies such as AC/DC power, short circuit, and protective relay settings.
  • Develop project scope, cost estimates, and proposals for complex electrical modifications at nuclear power plants.
  • Mentor group members and interface with clients to validate scope and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A BSEE degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
  • 10 years of experience in electrical engineering design for nuclear power plants.
  • 3 years of experience leading an engineering design group through all project phases.
  • Experience with low and medium voltage distribution systems and equipment selection.
  • PE Licensure is preferred.
