Job Description
Lead sustainment lifecycle management activities for assigned DAAS programs and projects, analyze functional business applications and design specifications in domains such as finance, accounting, personnel, logistics, and contracts. Develop block diagrams and logic flowcharts; translate detailed designs into efficient, maintainable computer software. Design, code, test, debug, and refine applications to meet performance, security, and operational requirements.
Implement and maintain application programming interfaces (APIs) to support low-code/no-code development platform models; support agile and hybrid application development efforts, integrating solutions into large-scale DBMS environments. Provide technical direction to programming teams to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and project objectives are met; ensure all developed applications comply with applicable DoD, DISA STIG, ICAM/ABAC/RBAC, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
