Job Description
Data Entry & Maintenance: Maintains accurate financial data in NetSuite, coordinates data alignment across systems, and manages bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Budget Support: Supports the annual budgeting process, develops budget presentations, and maintains budget-to-actuals tracking.
Contract Management: Manages vendor contracts, tracks terms, and supports procurement processes.
Grant & Donor Reporting: Maintains financial tracking for grants, produces financial reports for funders, and supports proposal budgeting.
Financial Reporting: Produces financial statements, collaborates on month-end activities, and provides analytical insights to leadership.
