Ensure all project activities comply with Florida Rule 60GG standards and governance requirements.
Apply PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination among workforce program leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; PMP certification required.
Minimum of seven years managing complex cross-functional IT projects.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and IT service management principles.

Tools & Methodologies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
Experience in resource management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change management.
Business analysis skills including requirements elicitation, workflow mapping, and stakeholder interviews.
