Mortgage Closer - Initial Closing Disclosures and Closing Docs

As a CD Drawer, you will prepare all closing documents and initial closing disclosures required for mortgage loans, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with guidelines. You will maintain communication with other departments and closing agents to relay loan status and promote positive business relations. A thorough knowledge of products and investor requirements is crucial for ensuring quality closing packages. You will review files prior to closing to verify abstracts and title opinions are clear, forwarding copies to all parties involved, and verifying the accuracy of closing conditions. This role requires flexibility to adjust work schedules as needed and the ability to work overtime and weekends.
