New Pre-Sales Channel Solutions Architect

Halcyon is looking for a Channel Solutions Architect to help scale our impact through our partner ecosystem. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to educate, enable, and empower partners to position, sell, and support the Halcyon platform. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor across our reseller, MSSP, and alliance partners, driving enablement, joint go-to-market efforts, and proof-of-concept success. You’ll collaborate closely with Channel Account Managers, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure partners can deliver the Halcyon value proposition confidently and consistently. The main responsibilities include serving as a technical contact for partners, driving partner technical enablement, and collaborating with Channel Account Managers to develop partner-led opportunities.
