Job Description
As our Senior Manager, Performance Marketing, you will define and execute the overarching paid media strategy, unifying efforts across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging channels to reliably fuel pipeline growth. This role is a unique opportunity to transform our paid media motion into a disciplined, test-and-learn machine, directly tied to opportunity creation and revenue. You'll lead rigorous experimentation, optimize unit economics, and ensure complete coverage of target accounts, ultimately delivering significant pipeline and contributing to our ambitious FY27 revenue targets.
You'll own the end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and new channels, building quarterly plans that align to deliver on FY27 pipeline goals. You will lead execution with our agency partner and internal teams, setting clear goals, QA standards, and optimization agendas while rigorously piloting and scaling new channels with predefined guardrails. Drive contiuous experimentation across audience, offer, creative, and landing experiences. Partner cross-functionally with various teams. Finally, manage the paid media budget.
