About the Role:
- You will support the Program Manager in overall management of TSA Gold+ airport operations and act as PM in their absence.
- You will establish and maintain robust management processes for effective contract oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in directing day-to-day program operations including financial, workforce, technology, and risk management.
- Monitor program performance, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure operational consistency.
- Maintain quality control, conduct performance reviews, and promote safety and compliance culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years program management experience with 5 years managing similar Federal programs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience in aviation security, airport operations, or contract management.
- IT and screening operations experience preferred.
