Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Engineering focal for assigned suppliers, owning technical performance and driving cost reductions.
- Organize multi-functional teams to resolve delivery barriers and support technical issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production Management experience, or high school diploma with 10+ years.
Desired Characteristics:
- Expertise in traditional and non-traditional machining methods.
- Sourcing, Shop Operations, or Production Control expertise.
- Aerospace or Automotive experience a plus.
