About the Role:
- Manage tooling projects for solid rocket motor programs from concept to fabrication.
- Coordinate with internal customers and suppliers to meet quality and schedule goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop tooling concepts, CAD models, and drawings using DFM/DFA principles.
- Perform stress analysis and ensure tool designs meet safety and manufacturability requirements.
- Oversee supplier fabrication and inspection to maintain quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in mechanical or aerospace engineering with 10-15 years of tool design experience.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, GD&T, FEA, and knowledge of composite winding and molding.
