Basics You'll Need:

8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with a track record of shipping complex web/mobile applications.
Principal Level Technical Depth: Ability to architect systems, choose the right tools, and debug complex production issues independently.
Product/Program Experience: Demonstrated experience managing projects or working in a role with product influence.
