Technical Implementation Manager

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the technical execution of health system implementations, focusing on the diabetic retinopathy screening solution. Serving as the primary customer-facing lead, your role encompasses managing health system implementations, EMR integration, and IT security assessments. A key aspect involves building scalable technical processes to support our rapid growth. Your responsibilities include leading project management and technical execution for multiple concurrent health system implementations, managing EMR integration projects with platforms like Epic, Cerner, and Athena, and completing IT security assessments for enterprise customers. You will guide customers through implementation decisions, maintain detailed project plans, and act as the technical liaison between US customers and the Optain development team. Additionally, you'll develop interface specifications, coordinate with third-party partners, and collaborate with Compliance and Security teams. Improving technical methodology and tools is also a key objective. This role requires 5+ years of healthcare technology implementation experience, a track record of deploying cloud-based, EMR-integrated solutions, and the ability to develop scalable processes. Experience with IT security assessments and integrated FDA-regulated medical devices is preferred.
