Key Responsibilities:
- Articulate design strategy and decisions to stakeholders at all levels, aligning work to strategic key results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Commercial to ensure consistency and usability.
- Contribute throughout the product development lifecycle, from research to design and testing.
Project Focus:
- Work on the data experience platform Crunch, designing innovative and accessible user experiences.
- Maintain and evolve the Data Experience Platform design system in sync with other Platform teams.
- Monitor performance data to uncover opportunity areas and measure the impact of design solutions.
Research and Analysis:
- Design and conduct user interviews and usability testing sessions to gather qualitative insights.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative sources to understand customer tool usage and identify opportunities.
- Use data to measure the impact of implemented solutions and drive iterative improvements.
