UX/UI Designer, Senior

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Synthesize research findings and translate them into actionable design requirements

Solution Design:

• Lead and participate in discovery sessions and evaluate user requirements
• Illustrate design ideas using mockups, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Specify designs through wireframes and prototypes to communicate with engineers, customers and others

Customer Advocacy:

• Determine user needs from business requirements and tech constraints
• Validate user flows and prototypes with user proxies and end-users
• Deep understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices
