Job Description
Passionate about assisting Pet Care Center teams with everything related to pet services. Accountable for assisting in all aspects of the Market Services business, including partner and guest experience, services staffing, and services program implementation. Drives the business through Total Field Services Growth, Grooming Sales, Dog Training, Salon Safety Compliance, Power Rank, Grooming Margin, Vetco, Staffing, and Turnover. You will assist teams with day-to-day operations, and making an impact on the lives of pets and pet parents. Will oversee 110 store locations across the Missouri/Gulf Coast Market, including Missouri, Louisiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Kansas. Partner with the Field Leaders across multiple to staff, train, and retain all partners within field services.
